Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence
- Key Responsibilities 1. Salesforce Development Configuration Assist in developing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura) Configure standard Salesforce features (objects, fields, validation rules, flows) Support development of reusable components and basic enhancements 2. Sales Service Cloud Support Assist in: Lead and Opportunity management Account Contact configuration Case management and service workflows Support enhancements to improve usability and process efficiency 3. Integration Data Handling Support integration efforts with external systems using APIs Assist in data migration, data loading, and data quality validation Help maintain Salesforce data models and relationships 4. Development Lifecycle Testing Participate in requirements discussions and Agile delivery activities Perform unit testing, debugging,



and issue resolution Support deployment activities (change sets, version control) 5. Documentation Support Prepare technical documentation and release notes Provide support for production issues and user queries Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, Dev leads) Required Skills Qualifications Technical Skills Basic knowledge of: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data model Understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud fundamentals Familiarity with APIs and integration basics Tools Platforms Exposure to: Git or version control tools Salesforce Developer tools (Developer Console / VS Code) Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
