Brief Work Profile;
- Interaction with Client to understand requirements and achieving to their required targets
- Manage the team of Project Managers, site engineers, vendors and all other personnel by effective planning, directing, controlling and motivating as needed to ensure timely completions of each project.
- Sourcing Vendor suitable for Site requirement
- Coordinating between various agencies working at site, architect and consultants.
- Validating Quotes, bids and tenders from vendors and finalizing them in consultation with Directors.
- Liaison with different Government Authorities
- Coordinate with Clients and different sites to run the projects smoothly.
- Monitor/ Analyse estimated quantities, cost of materials, equipment and labour to determine the project feasibility and timelines.
- Handling Quality Control, Safety, Project management, site work management, Vendor management and Inventory management as needed.
- Preparing monthly, weekly and daily status report and progress sheet and submitted to the Directors.
