Own the employee lifecycle end-to-end and act as the go-to HR partner for the business.
What You'll Do
- Own onboarding, induction, confirmations, performance management, etc
- Partner with BU leaders on performance discussions and employee concerns
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Support workforce planning with function (sales/marketing/content/placement/delivery) heads
- Ensure HR governance and policy implementation
- Coordinate with central HR team on operations
- Track employee productivity and resource allocation
- Build robust employee relations and a healthy workplace culture
What We're Looking For
- 3-4 years HR experience in offline industries (FMCG, Edtech, etc.)
- Strong grip on end-to-end employee lifecycle
- Proven HRBP exposure and stakeholder management
- Sharp communicator, high ownership
- Thrives in fast-paced, independent work
