About the Role

City College is looking for a proactive, organized, and experienced PUC Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day academic and administrative operations of the Pre-University (PUC) Department. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership, coordination, and communication skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the daily operations of the PUC Department.
- Work closely with the Principal, Vice Principal, faculty, and administrative teams.
- Prepare academic timetables, faculty schedules, and examination plans.
- Monitor faculty attendance, student attendance, and academic performance.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and academic activities.
- Coordinate internal assessments, practical examinations, and university-related work.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally.
- Maintain departmental records, reports, and documentation.
- Organize meetings, orientation programs, workshops, and departmental events.




- Ensure compliance with Karnataka PUC Board guidelines and institutional policies.
- Support admission, onboarding, and student engagement activities.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments for faculty requirements and operational support.
- Resolve day-to-day academic and administrative issues efficiently.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in academic coordination, administration, or educational management.
- Experience in a PUC/ College environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
