Role summary
Design and build learning content end to end — from outline to delivery-ready course. This is a hands-on writing and instructional design role, not a coordination role.

Responsibilities
- Develop course structure: learning outcomes, module breakdown, session plans, and pacing.
- Write and produce all learning assets — slide decks, workbooks, handouts, activities, and trainer notes.
- Design assessments: quizzes, assignments, rubrics, and completion criteria aligned to stated outcomes.
- Adapt content for different learner groups (students, parents, working professionals, trainers).
- Work with subject-matter experts to validate accuracy and depth.
- Revise courses based on trainer feedback, learner performance, and completion data.
- Maintain a versioned, reusable content library so any course can be re-run or updated cleanly.

Requirements
- 2–5 years in curriculum development, instructional design, courseware,



or academic content.
- Proven ability to take a subject from blank page to a fully teachable module (samples required).
- Solid grasp of instructional design basics — outcome writing, sequencing, assessment design.
- Strong written English and editing ability.
- Comfortable with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace; familiarity with an LMS is a plus.
- Bonus: experience with e-learning tools (Articulate, Canva, Camtasia) or video-based content.

Success measures
- Courses/modules shipped on schedule and review-ready.
- Trainer usability — a trainer can deliver your session plan without needing clarification.
- Learner completion rates, assessment pass rates, and feedback scores.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
