Project Supervisor – Interior Residential Sites

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee residential interior execution projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing installation teams, ensuring quality execution, and delivering projects on time while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise residential interior fit-out projects from site handover to final completion.
- Coordinate daily site activities with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other subcontractors.
- Study work orders, drawings, and project schedules before execution.
- Verify site measurements and ensure readiness before installation.
- Ensure materials received at site match the dispatch checklist.
- Monitor work quality, safety, and adherence to company standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update the Project Manager.




- Resolve site issues and coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure timely project completion within the planned schedule.
- Coordinate snag rectification and final handover to clients.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure client satisfaction after project completion.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential interior site supervision.
- Knowledge of modular furniture installation and interior execution.
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate multiple site activities.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
