The CSR Youth Skilling Program by Naandi offers a unique mix of current-age skills to bridge the gap between academics and industry expectations. By imparting critical skills to the youth, the program also boosts their employability. The program has its presence in every corner of the country touching 19 states over the last four years,
empowering more than 500,000 youth from various backgrounds. It is touted to become India’s most popular skilling program in the next decade.
About the role:
Placement process
- To bring employment/income generating/livelihood opportunities for the students and place them accordingly after the completion of the training program
- To connect, visit and network with employers, entrepreneurs, and start-ups for job openings
- To keep a track of all employers and be in touch with them and maintain a sheet
- To be involved in online research and keep track of job openings on a periodical basis and share the information with each class in charge for placement mapping
- To connect students with appropriate job openings in discussion with the Coordinator.
- Take complete ownership and monitoring of placement calls by the intern and keep the calling sheet updated from time to time and share it with the concerned person
