Role Description
The Microstrategy Engineer will design, develop, and maintain Microstrategy-based business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations; optimizing queries and performance; and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across different data sources. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements,
translate business needs into technical specifications, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Microstrategy environments. This is a contract, on-site role located in Bengaluru, requiring close coordination with stakeholders and participation in regular review and planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience in Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and support business intelligence initiatives.
- Knowledge of Statistics and Data Modeling to design robust data structures and derive meaningful insights from quantitative information.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and document requirements and solutions clearly.
- Hands-on experience with Microstrategy development, including reports, dashboards, schema objects, and performance tuning.
