Job Description :

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the complete digital marketing function and be responsible for building brand visibility, generating qualified leads and driving sustainable business growth. You will create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across SEO, content marketing, paid campaigns, social media, email marketing and website optimization.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable developing marketing strategies, writing high-converting content, improving organic search rankings, managing advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics and mentoring a marketing team. You should have a strong understanding of B2B marketing, particularly within the IT services, software development, AI and ERP industries.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Own and manage the companys complete SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, local SEO, international SEO and AI search optimization.




- Create and oversee high-quality website content, landing pages, blogs, case studies, whitepapers and marketing collateral.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines, AI-powered search experiences and user engagement.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through organic and paid marketing channels.
- Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and other paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies that increase brand authority and organic traffic.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis and identify recent market opportunities.
- Optimize website performance, Core Web Vitals, user experience and conversion rates.
- Monitor website analytics using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console and other reporting tools.
