We partner with corporates, SMEs, growth-stage businesses, and promoters to provide customized financing solutions through an extensive network of Banks, NBFCs, AIFs, Private Credit Funds, and Financial Institutions.

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Debt Syndication to lead business development, transaction execution, lender engagement, and team management within our Debt Advisory practice.

Key Responsibilities
Debt Syndication & Transaction Leadership
- Lead end-to-end execution of debt fundraising transactions across:
- Working Capital Facilities
- Cash Credit & Overdraft Limits
- Term Loans
- Structured Debt
- Project Finance




- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Acquisition Financing
- Supply Chain Finance
- Private Credit & Alternative Lending Solutions
- Structure transactions based on client requirements, industry dynamics, and lender appetite.
- Lead negotiations on commercial terms, security structures, covenants, pricing, and sanction conditions.
- Ensure timely sanction, documentation, and disbursement of facilities.

Lender Relationship Management
- Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with:
- Public Sector Banks
- Private Sector Banks
- Foreign Banks
- NBFCs
- AIFs
- Private Credit Funds
- Financial Institutions
- Maintain regular engagement with senior credit and business teams across lending institutions.
- Track lender policies, sector preferences, credit appetite, and market developments.
- Create financing opportunities through strong lender partnerships.

Financial Analysis & Credit Structuring
