Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH) applications.
- Configure and manage
Next-Best-Action (NBA)
Designer for personalized customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain Decision Strategies, Engagement Policies, Contact Policies, and Arbitration logic.
- Build and configure Actions, Treatments, Offers, and Customer Journeys.
- Implement predictive and adaptive models using Prediction Studio.
- Integrate PEGA CDH with enterprise applications, CRM systems, APIs, and external data sources.
- Work with business stakeholders to translate marketing and customer engagement requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize real-time decisioning strategies for performance and scalability.
- Develop reusable components following PEGA guardrails and best practices.
- Perform unit testing, defect fixing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

- 6+ years of experience in PEGA development with solid experience in
PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
.

- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and integration frameworks.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and version control tools.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Certified Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) certification.
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, or Retail domains.
