Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives that improve business outcomes across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong startup mindset who enjoys solving complex business problems, driving end-to-end execution, and deploying technology to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute strategic, cross-functional projects from ideation to implementation with measurable business impact.




- Drive sales productivity initiatives by identifying process bottlenecks and implementing technology-led solutions such as voice bots, lead pre-qualification, workflow automation, and CRM enhancements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Tech, Operations, and external technology partners to ensure seamless execution of strategic programs.
- Manage implementation of automation initiatives that improve lead quality, sales conversion, turnaround time, and overall operational efficiency.
- Define success metrics, track project milestones, monitor business performance, and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Work closely with business leaders to prioritize initiatives and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced setting.
