Your key responsibilities:
Define and evolve the global Data & AI strategic roadmap for the company.



It includes performing regular capability maturity assessments of the organization’s data/AI practices and updating phased roadmaps for improvement
Promote consistency with enterprise methodologies and tools. The champion of change management practices across all Data & AI projects. This involves close engagement with both BU unit and business functions.
Ensure scalability, reusability, and alignment across Data and AI solutions. Leads a team that establishes integration standards and reusable frameworks so that different teams’ data platforms, models, and tools work in harmony as a cohesive ecosystem. It directly contributes to the leader’s goal of maximizing the value of data and AI assets.
Foster thought leadership and forward-thinking practices, acting as an innovation leader internally and externally. Taking on a key role in cultivating a data-driven culture and driving continuous learning, including learning & development programs for Data and AI talent (worksh
