We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Processor Trading Operations
In this role, you will:
The major challenge is to manage the operations of the department or teams in a dynamic and challenging economic and regulatory environment. As and when applicable, the jobholder is expected to manage teams which require strong training, coaching and oversight in order to meet the performance standards




The role also demands a good understanding of the business and industry standards. This would include a good understanding of the Uniform Customs and Practice(UCP) along with an overall understanding of the trade finance business and norms. This would be required to review complex Documentary Credits(DC) Issuance and Amendments which would need to be reviewed from multiple angles before the job holder issues the same on behalf of HSBC.
Staff retention is a significant challenge due to the increasingly competitive nature of the business
