We are looking for creative and social media-savvy individuals to support our organic content initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of current social media trends and be comfortable creating engaging, authentic, and user-generated content (UGC) across multiple platforms.

This role will work closely with the marketing team to produce content that strengthens brand presence and drives organic engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging short-form videos, reels, stories, and static content for social media platforms.
Develop authentic, UGC-style content that aligns with each brand's tone of voice.
Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, audio, and platform best practices.
Participate in content shoots as an on-camera talent when required.
Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas with the marketing team.
Edit basic videos using mobile editing applications or simple editing tools.
Ensure timely delivery of content as per the content calendar and campaign timelines.




Coordinate with the marketing team to incorporate feedback and optimize content performance.

Requirements

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Excellent content creation and storytelling skills.
Comfortable appearing on camera and creating relatable content.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, VN, or similar applications.
Awareness of current social media trends, memes, and viral content formats.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio or social media profile showcasing original content is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or social media management.
Experience creating UGC or lifestyle content for brands is an added advantage.
