Job Overview

Responsible for driving qualified leads and enrollments through performance marketing channels including Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads. The role focuses on campaign scaling, funnel optimization, and ROI-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and scale Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads campaigns to drive high-quality lead generation and maximize ROI




Manage and optimize end-to-end performance marketing funnels (Cold traffic —+ Lead — Retargeting —+ Conversion)
Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize CPL, CAC, and conversion rates through data-driven decisions
Execute A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels to improve campaign performance
Collaborate with internal teams to build high-converting ad creatives and landing pages aligned with campaign goals

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ to 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with mandatory experience in EdTech or e-learning domain
Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads (mandatory) with a robust focus on lead generation
Demonstrated experience in scaling paid campaigns while maintaining stable or improving CPL, CAC, and ROAS
Hands-on experience in managing monthly ad budgets of 73L+ and optimizing for maximum ROI
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing (Cold traffic —+ Lea
