Deploy, configure, and optimize ServiceNow Discovery solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments using both agent-based and agent-less approaches.
Troubleshoot and resolve discovery issues related to network connectivity, agent availability, firewall restrictions, and access challenges.
Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams to establish and maintain SSH/SNMP access, MID Server configurations, and discovery schedules.
Implement, maintain, and improve CMDB health, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance through reconciliation and data cleanup activities.




Design and maintain service maps and service models to support service-aware operations and improve incident and problem resolution.
Integrate ServiceNow Discovery with third-party platforms such as CrowdStrike, Infoblox, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies to enrich Configuration Item (CI) data.
Drive governance initiatives by aligning discovery and CMDB processes with licensing compliance, audit requirements, and organizational standards.
Lead remediation efforts for discovery gaps, stale CMDB data, agent deployment challenges, and cross-functional data alignment issues.
Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications.
