Act as the SAP Service Management Lead/SME, leading the design, implementation, and optimization of service lifecycle processes within SAP S/4HANA Service.
Facilitate business requirement workshops and configure service management functionalities including service orders, contracts, warranties, service quotations, and field service processes.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and technical teams to deliver integrated end-to-end service solutions.
Lead testing, data migration, user training, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.
Your Profile





9 to 15+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Service Management, Customer Service (CS), or SAP S/4HANA Service.
Hands-on experience in service order management, service contracts, warranty management, installed base management, resource planning, and service billing processes.
Proven experience integrating SAP Service Management with SAP SD, MM, EWM, Finance, and other SAP ecosystem solutions.
Robust stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and leadership skills with experience leading global implementation, rollout, and support engagements.
