A DAY IN THE LIFE

Medtronic is seeking a Principal IT Architect – Hyperautomation to provide
enterprise architecture leadership for AI-driven automation solutions across
business and IT functions. This role will define architecture strategy,
standards, and governance for scalable, secure, compliant, and reusable
solutions leveraging GenAI, AI/ML, Intelligent Automation, RPA, Process Mining,
Workflow Automation, Integrations, Data Platforms, and Cloud Technologies.
As a senior technical leader, you will partner with business, enterprise
architecture, security, data, platform, and delivery teams to translate




high-value opportunities into enterprise-ready solutions that improve
productivity, optimize processes, and accelerate automation adoption.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

* Define and govern enterprise Hyperautomation architecture, standards, and
reusable patterns.
* Design scalable solutions leveraging AI/ML, GenAI, RPA, Process Mining,
workflow automation, integrations, data, and cloud platforms.
* Partner with business and technology stakeholders to develop solution
roadmaps and reference architectures.
* Lead architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and complex design
decisions.
* Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, data governance, and
