Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and technical expertise in a
dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside a cooperative and

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient maintenance, servicing, and
renovation of rolling stock and infrastructure to meet customer demands.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including
Maintenance Managers, Team Leaders, and Industrial Teams), lead your team
effectively, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and much
more.





You’ll specifically take care of delivering start-of-shift and end-of-shift
briefings, as well as coordinating team deployments, but also contribute to
continuous improvement initiatives and team development.

We’ll look to you for:

* Leading the team to meet customer requirements within the working timetable.

* Delivering start-of-shift and end-of-shift briefings to team members.

* Coordinating and ensuring equipment, tooling, and work environments are safe
and organized.

* Providing real-time updates on work progress and ensuring adherence to
standard processes.

* Conducting regular team communications and providing feedback.

* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and implementing smarter ways
of working.
