Could you be the full-time Troubleshooter Engineer in Nagpur we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a recent challenge and apply your technical expertise in locomotive
troubleshooting in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and
collaborative teammates.
You'll contribute to ensuring locomotive availability and reliability, making a
direct impact on operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across
the business (Industrial Quality, Loco Operation, and Indian Railways as a
customer), manage troubleshooting tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and
operational standards, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of troubleshooting technical issues in locomotives
during service operations and warranty periods, but also ensure the validity and
certification of relevant tools.
We’ll look to you for:
* Ensuring troubleshooting on locomotives during service operations and
warranty according to state-of-the-art practices
* Guaranteeing effective information flow within the troubleshooting team
* Contributing to reliability growth and return of experience
* Providing support in special cases (e.g., FMI)
* Adhering to EHS rules and work-related processes
