Job Purpose:
To ensure the effective delivery of soft services including housekeeping, pantry, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and front office operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping & Hygiene:
- Supervise daily cleaning operations and ensure adherence to hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of premises.
- Coordinate with vendors for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Pantry & Catering Services:
- Monitor pantry operations and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Liaise with catering vendors for quality and timely service.
- Pest Control & Waste Management:
- Schedule and oversee pest control activities.
- Ensure proper segregation, disposal, and documentation of waste.
- Landscaping & Aesthetics:
- Maintain garden and outdoor areas in coordination with landscaping vendors.
- Ensure seasonal upkeep and aesthetic appeal of common areas.
- Front Office & Helpdesk:
- Supervise reception staff and ensure professional visitor handling.
- Manage helpdesk operations and resolve service requests promptly.
- Vendor Management:
- Coordinate with service providers for timely and quality delivery.
- Monitor SLAs and escalate issues as needed.
