About The Role

We are looking for a creative and research-oriented Script Writer to develop engaging, medically accurate, and audience-focused scripts for YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, patient education videos, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent storytelling skills and the ability to simplify complex medical concepts into easy-to-understand content.

Freshers with exceptional writing skills and a keen interest in healthcare content are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Write engaging scripts for YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and educational healthcare content.
Research medical topics using credible sources and ensure factual accuracy.
Simplify complex medical information into clear, patient-friendly language.
Collaborate with doctors, marketing, and creative teams to develop high-quality content.
Create compelling hooks, storytelling structures, and strong calls-to-action to improve audience engagement.
Edit and revise scripts based on feedback from medical experts and content teams.
Stay updated with healthcare trends, treatments,



and digital content best practices.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and ethical healthcare communication.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in script writing, content writing, copywriting, or digital content creation.
Excellent English writing and storytelling skills.
Robust research and analytical abilities.
Basic understanding of medical terminology is preferred.
Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and short-form content trends.
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a collaborative environment.
Experience with AI writing tools such as ChatGPT is an added advantage.
