About this Role





We are seeking a highly experienced Global Source to Pay Process Lead who will define and lead the end-to-end Source to Pay strategy across sourcing, supplier risk management and purchasing operations. This role is central to creating a globally consistent, productive and future-ready operating model, driving transformation, governance, and digital innovation across Vodafone’s supply chain ecosystem. The individual will own a multi-year transformation roadmap, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, user experience and value realisation.
