What You'll Do ?Coach and guide members through personalised nutrition journeys aligned with their health goals. Simplify evidence-based nutrition into practical, everyday habits people can actually stick to. Conduct one-on-one consultations and provide ongoing motivation and accountability. Collaborate with doctors, health coaches,



and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless member experience. Monitor member progress and adapt plans based on outcomes, feedback, and behavioural patterns. Celebrate wins—big and small—and help members navigate setbacks with empathy and encouragement. What We're Looking For ?Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in nutrition counselling, health coaching, or lifestyle management. Solid communication skills with a people-first approach. A deep understanding of behaviour change and motivational coaching. Ability to build trust, inspire action, and make nutrition feel less intimidating. Experience in digital health, weight management, or healthtech is a plus.
