Key Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
Support carpenters, masons, and other skilled tradespeople
Drive company vehicle to pick up and deliver materials to client sites across Central New Jersey




Load and unload construction materials and equipment
Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
Assist with demolition, digging, framing, and general construction tasks
Transport materials to various locations on job sites

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of related construction experience
Pass criminal background check
Valid driver's license & clean driving abstract (required)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong understanding of construction safety practices and guidelines
