The Opportunity
Within EY’s Clients & Industries function, the Demand Generation team is responsible for driving energetic pipeline growth and customer acquisition. This is achieved through meticulously curated experiences, events, content, and activation strategies tailored to our strategic relationships and channels. Our approach is aligned with EY’s brand, market insights, priority initiatives, and client purchasing behaviours.
As a GTM Content Delivery Support Associate,
you will contribute to the delivery of impactful go to market content and sustenance of the trusted content collection. You’ll work closely with a global team of content professionals to help ensure content requests are fulfilled accurately and on time, while developing your skills in content management, user experience, GenAI and collaborative working.
Key Responsibilities
- Sustain the health and relevancy of EY’s trusted collection of go to market content by executing assigned content activities to include:
- Web publishing, selection and optimization of graphics/imagery as relevant
- Build and update simple web pages with appropriate templates and instruction
- Content migration and bulk updates
- Review and remediation of auto-sanitized deliverables
- Content update requests (edits, file changes, metadata changes etc) in Adobe CMS/Workfront and SharePoint
- Application of defined standards and EY visual brand identity to provide a consistent, intuitive user experience
