Purpose
We are looking for a Senior Research Partner – Leadership Hiring to help identify, engage and attract the senior leaders who will shape the next chapter of our organisation. This is a role for someone who understands the skill of executive search,
who has worked in a top tier international executive search or headhunting firm and knows that exceptional leadership hiring is built on insight, judgement, market intelligence, candidate credibility and discretion.
Reporting to the Global Leadership & Executive Hiring Director, you will be at the centre of our most significant leadership searches. You will map international talent markets, analyse competitors, identify and engage with high-impact senior leaders and provide the insight needed to make confident, strategic hiring decisions.
You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand the business ambition behind each search, challenge thinking where needed and shape targeted search strategies.
