Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex M&A; tax advisory assignments for private equity funds, financial institutions, and portfolio companies—including structuring, due diligence, and post-deal integration support.
- Advise on fund-level taxation across asset classes (PE, VC, credit, infrastructure) with focus on structuring, carried interest, and tax-efficient exit strategies.
- Prepare and review tax provisions, disclosures,



and technical memoranda for domestic and cross-border transactions involving financial services entities.
- Collaborate with legal, valuation, and deal teams to align tax strategy with commercial objectives and ensure compliance with Indian and international tax regimes.
- Develop client-facing materials including tax impact analyses, presentation decks, and summary briefs for senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Mentor junior team members, contribute to thought leadership, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving tax laws (including OECD BEPS, India’s M&A; regime, and fund taxation reforms).
