As a Project Manager at Brillen Space Engineering, you will lead commercial and retail interior projects from planning to handover, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, and quality execution across teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project execution (site to handover)
Coordinate with design, vendors, and client stakeholders
Prepare project schedules and track milestones
Control budgets, BOQ tracking, and billing coordination
Ensure quality checks, site safety, and compliance
Maintain daily/weekly reporting and issue resolution
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Civil / Interior / Architecture
3–8 years experience in commercial interiors execution
Strong vendor and site coordination skills
Knowledge of BOQ, measurements, billing, and timelines
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic project tracking tools
