Role Summary
Responsible for Document to Data review,
maintaining workflow volumes to meet internal and private investor Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Handles escalated loan-level issues and provides research assistance for complex matters to support client inquiries and cross-functional departments. Boarding newly acquired loans into the servicing system, verifying data tape accuracy, performing necessary follow-ups and capturing any missing data from the servicing side.
