Responsible for sending the reports to client, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to get the data on time.

What you will be responsible for:
As Apprentice you will:
- Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy
- Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy
- Follow-up with upstream team and communicate report status with client facing team or client as necessary
- Monitor and observe the Team Group Inbox and prioritize the requests as per the client deadline
- Ensure to check and handover the EOD procedure to TLs according to the task
Willingness to work in shifts
- Demonstrate ability to meet tight deadlines and possess quick TAT




- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality of the service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong PC shortcut skills, specifically in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Adobe Packages in particular (InDesign and Illustrator) would be good to have.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- University degree in accounting/finance required
- Tools Knowledge – Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator
