The Role
We're looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to lead a field sales team, own area sales targets, and fuel market expansion across your territory someone who thrives on building relationships, opening new markets, and coaching a team to hit big numbers.
What You'll Own
? Sales Team Leadership
- Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to hit targets
- Run daily huddles, 1:1s, and performance reviews
- Build a culture of accountability and growth
- Ensure strong beat plan execution and territory coverage
? Distributor & Retailer Relationships
- Build and nurture relationships with key distributors and retailers
- Join SSEs on field visits for key accounts
- Manage dealership agreements end-to-end
? Business Expansion
- Acquire current customers and open new retail outlets/dealerships
- Expand into untapped markets and geographies
? Forecasting & Collections
- Ensure timely payment collections
- Deliver a rolling 4-month sales forecast (FMCG + PPP) by the 5th of every month
What You Bring

✅ Solid understanding of FMCG / distribution sales
✅ A knack for analysis and reporting
✅ Willingness to travel extensively across your territory
Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
? MBA in Marketing/Sales a strong plus
