Talent Development (TD) covers performance management, Leadership Development and Career Development. TD plays an integral part in planning, prioritization and alignment to Global & Region Talent and business strategy, including budgeting. Identify LEAD/LEAD for PPEDD needs and alignment to business strategies (e.g., goal setting) and drive behavioral change strategies. Create and oversee Transformative Leadership activation plan and Leadership Development Strategy, aligned to Global Strategy for TD. Oversee the onboarding process for all hires.
Talent Services (TS)
supports a specific Region and acts as part of the extended Region Talent team. The TS L&D; Hub team works in a fully integrated way with onshore TD colleagues, participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team and is aligned with the Global Process Model and initiates TD processes.
This job provides a fantastic opportunity to join the Canada Talent Development function. This will primarily involve delivering activities to support the Canada Leadership Development and Coaching team in managing the identification, development and evaluation of those who are identified as on our formal leadership pipeline from Senior Manager and above through to making the transition to Partner, Associate Partner & Director ranks (PPEDDs).
