We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Training Executive to strengthen our outreach to farmers and sales teams. This role combines direct farmer engagement with training, content creation, and creative marketing initiatives across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
Farmer Outreach: Cold calling and direct communication with farmers to build awareness and trust
Training Support: Conduct training sessions with sales teams on video recording, product knowledge, and effective storytelling
Marketing Opportunities: Identify and implement physical marketing opportunities in rural and urban markets
Content Creation: Develop educational blogs, short videos, and WhatsApp forwards to share knowledge and promote products
Product Advocacy: Ensure farmers and sales teams understand product benefits and usage through clear, engaging communication
Qualifications & Skills
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus)
Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp features, basic AI search, good computer skills
Comfortable with video recording and digital tools
Ability to train and motivate sales teams
Creative mindset for identifying impactful marketing opportunities
Passion for agriculture and farmer-centric solutions
