What would you do? The Benefits and Compensation Analyst will interact with client resources via email, phone call, instant messaging, etc.



and will be responsible for that interaction till all relevant actions are completed on it.
• Read, understand and analyze client process as per the business rules as a subject matter expert.
• Serve as the primary expert on compensation structures and benefits programs, providing guidance on policy interpretation, regulatory compliance, and best practices
• Audit accurate and timely updates in HR systems and ticketing platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow).
• Lead the resolution of complex employee inquiries and escalations related to compensation adjustments, benefits eligibility, and plan administration.

• Oversee the execution of annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonus payouts, and equity grants, ensuring accuracy and fairness
• Act as a key contributor in system enhancements, policy updates, and process automation initiatives related to HRIS and benefits platforms.
