As the "Guardian of First/-Contact Resolution FCR Rates, Service Level Agreement SLA Turnaround Windows, and Data Entry Precision Metrics, " you assume direct execution responsibility for verifying account files, entering error/-free updates into our enterprise software platforms, and converting incoming written requests into processed cases. Responsibilities Omnichannel Written Queue Management/: Keep an eye on, arrange, and clear backoffice document queues, live chat streams,
