Lascade is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to scale customer acquisition across our portfolio of software products.

You’ll work on mobile apps, Travel products, AI-powered tools, subscription platforms, and global digital products. We’re looking for someone who enjoys testing, optimizing, and turning marketing data into measurable business growth.

What You’ll Do
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop campaign strategies focused on user acquisition, subscriptions, and long-term growth.
• Continuously improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
• Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Content,



and Growth teams to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor user quality and ensure campaigns attract valuable, high-intent users rather than just increasing traffic volume.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Research current advertising channels, audience segments, and campaign opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and performance marketing.

What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets with measurable business outcomes.
• Solid understanding of campaign optimization, attribution, conversion tracking, and analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing analytics tool
