Pearl Precision Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented New Business Development Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys on-ground work, extensive travel, and direct interaction with customers. You will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, analyzing customer trends, and supporting sales growth initiatives across India. This position reports directly to the Sales/Marketing Lead and contributes significantly to the company’s market expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed market surveys and research on customer needs and trends
Gather and analyze customer feedback on products, pricing, and delivery
Study regional and product-wise demand to support strategic decisions
Stay updated with company product offerings and specifications
Deliver product presentations and technical demos to clients
Participate in internal training and educate clients on product advantages
Identify and target new potential clients
Assist sales team with market insights and customer interactions
Contribute to territory-based sales development
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
Minimum education: 12th pass; Graduate degree preferred
1–5 years of experience in sales or market research in Building Materials or Construction sector
Robust communication skills in Hindi and English
Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret market trends
Basic technical understanding of construction or building products is a plus
Physical & Travel Requirements
Must own a personal biked
Willingness to travel extensively across India, Visit all retail counters related to our industry in every district, taluka, city, and village (VPO) of the state.
Comfort working in field-based, fast-paced environments
Available for trade shows, site visits, and client meetings
