EY-ServiceNow – Senior Consultant (Dev Lead – ITAM/SAM)

As part of our EY GDS-ServiceNow team, you will work to solve client problems using the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). You will get an opportunity to work with a high-quality team and build creative solutions that drive cost optimization, compliance, and governance for enterprise clients.

The opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior professional with strong ServiceNow ITAM and Software Asset Management (SAM) development and leadership experience to join the EY GDS ServiceNow team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm while delivering enterprise-scale ITAM/SAM implementations and driving software compliance and optimization strategies.

Your key responsibilities




- Lead ServiceNow ITAM/SAM development and implementation activities, ensuring alignment with client requirements
- Design, develop and configure Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) solutions including software normalization, reconciliation, and compliance tracking
- Implement and customize ITAM modules covering hardware asset management (HAM) and software asset lifecycle processes
- Build and enhance workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and Flow Designer solutions specific to ITAM processes
- Define and implement software license management models (subscription, perpetual, SaaS, cloud licensing)
- Lead integration of ServiceNow with discovery tools, procurement systems, Active Directory, and software vendors
- Configure and maintain software catalog, entitlements, contracts, and license metrics
- Drive automation for software compliance, reclamation, and optimization
- Act as a Dev Lead, mentoring team member
