Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Robust working knowledge of company law, corporate governance frameworks, and SEBI regulations relevant to advisory engagements. Ability to support consulting assignments involving compliance reviews, regulatory interpretation, and transaction-related legal structuring. Experience in preparing and reviewing documentation for corporate actions, secretarial matters, and statutory filings. Proficient in analyzing legal and regulatory requirements to provide practical advisory solutions to clients. Hands-on exposure to corporate transformation and transaction support with a focus on company secretarial and SEBI law compliance.
