Job Description
Role Responsibilities:-
- Lead daily operations of the Post Close Review and Exception Resolution team to ensure timely and accurate processing of commercial loan and collateral document review, including identification and clearing of exceptions.
- Maintain operational procedures, service standards, and quality controls for Post Close Review and Exception Resolution processing activities.
- Support management reporting, control testing, and audits by ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Review reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.




- Contribute to workflow improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members; set goals, monitor productivity, and support performance management.
- Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, and capacity planning.
