Job Description
The Associate Project Manager – CI & Automation is responsible for driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives across GEBS and enterprise functions. This role combines process transformation expertise, stakeholder leadership, program governance, and business engagement to deliver measurable operational impact through automation, process optimization, and strategic CI initiatives.




The Associate Project Manager will partner closely with business leaders, technical teams, and global stakeholders to identify opportunities, drive automation adoption, lead executive governance forums, and strengthen the GEBS Continuous Improvement and Automation framework.
You will report to the CI Automation Leader.

Your Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end automation and continuous improvement projects across GEBS functions, ensuring delivery of business outcomes, productivity gains, and operational excellence.
- Lead automation chance identification, process assessments, value discovery workshops, and project prioritization discussions with business stakeholders.
- Support development, maintenance, governance, and enhancement of the GEBS CI & Automation framework.
- Drive leadership forums and cross-functional discussions to align priorities, resolve barriers, and ensure execution
