Duties
- Lead and oversee McDonald's Lease Accounting operations, ensuring meticulous accuracy and strict compliance in lease classification, income recognition,
and expense accounting processes
- Act as Global Process Owner for Lease Accounting, driving process standardization by managing, maintaining, and documenting the end-to-end process and monitoring its effectiveness
- Oversee support to Market Finance Teams in preparing franchisee business reviews and conducting franchisee financial health assessments
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial data and analysis to enable informed decision-making across markets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement within Lease Accounting and Field Finance Services
- Champion a unified McDonald’s approach by leveraging enterprise reporting capabilities and technologies, ensuring consistency across markets without introducing local reporting variations
