Your Role as Scrum Master – Smart Portal
As a Scrum Master for Smart Portal within Atlas Copco's Industrial Technique Business Area, you will occupy a pivotal role in championing Agile methodologies to enhance the delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions. Your mission centers on facilitating Agile ceremonies, nurturing collaboration across multifunctional teams, and driving continuous process improvements to enable high-performing, self-organizing teams distributed across remote settings.

Embedded within our Global IT Hub in India, your work will resonate with cross-continental teams, ensuring alignment between backend, frontend, QA, and analyst groups, fostering synergy and driving effective resolution of delivery impediments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives,



and Refinement sessions with an emphasis on remote facilitation excellence.
- Collaborating closely with Product Owners to prioritize and prepare backlogs, ensuring sprint and program increment planning aligns with business objectives.
- Maintaining rigorous delivery standards by monitoring quality and adherence to Agile best practices.
- Advancing team autonomy by coaching on Scrum principles and Agile mindset, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.
- Orchestrating governance through robust reporting mechanisms—tracking burndown charts, velocity metrics, and readiness indicators to provide transparent communication to stakeholders.
- Strengthening stakeholder relationships including coordination with key digital vendors such as Intershop, ensuring seamless support and innovation integration.
