Senior Mechanical Engineer responsible for the design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and systems for new and existing products. Applies advanced mechanical engineering principles, design methodologies, and problem-solving techniques to deliver innovative, reliable, and manufacturable solutions that meet performance, quality, cost, and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and global stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept and design through verification, manufacturing introduction, and field support. Contributes to technical decision-making, product integration, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing deep expertise in mechanical engineering, materials, manufacturing processes, and system-level design. Provides technical guidance, supports engineering best practices, and drives execution of complex engineering projects aligned with business and customer objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the planning, conceptualization, and development of mechanical components, subassemblies, and systems for recent product development and installed-base support.
Create, review, and approve engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with GD&T; standards, tolerance stack-up requirements, material selection criteria, and manufacturing best practices.
Perform engineering calculations, develop test plans, execute design verification activities, and lead technical design reviews to ensure robust product performance and reliability.
