Key responsibilities:
* Proven experience in driving enterprise in reliability strategy and
governance
* Robust expertise in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and risk-based
maintenance frameworks
* Ability to standardize reliability practices and engineering guidelines
across plants
* Deep experience in RCA, FMEA/FMECA, and failure elimination programs
* Demonstrated impact on improving MTBF,
reducing MTTR, and enhancing asset
availability
* Strong capability in predictive and condition-based maintenance (vibration,
monitoring tools)
* Expertise in reliability analytics and data-driven decision-making using SAP
PM / ERP
* Experience in utilities and critical pharma systems (HVAC, water, boilers,
compressors)
* Ability to integrate reliability KPIs into plant and leadership governance
* Proven track record in asset lifecycle management and maintenance strategy
optimization
* Strong understanding of pharma compliance (USFDA, MHRA, GMP requirements)
* Experience in spares optimization aligned with equipment criticality and risk
* Exposure to automation, Industry 4.0, and reliability-focused technology
upgrades
* Ability to build and upskill teams, driving a reliability-focused culture

cost, reliability)
