Tooling Inventory & ATC Monitoring/: As cutting edges deteriorate, keep an eye on Automatic Tool Changer pockets, make sure the right milling cutters are seated correctly, and safely do manual insert swaps. Precision Dimensional Measurement/: Use digital callipers, vernier height gauges, outer/depth micrometres,
and radius indicators to verify tolerances while performing stringent geometric inspection procedures on finished items.
