Job Summary:

The GDS Alliance Operations Lead Analyst for Europe Central will operate as part of the GDS Alliances Program Operations CoE, supporting one or more strategic alliances within the Global Alliances & Ecosystem Relationship Enablement function. The role will provide structured program operations, governance, stakeholder coordination, reporting, content management, and execution support to help regional alliance leadership run an effective, insight-led, and scalable operating model.



The incumbent will work closely with alliance, market, contracts, finance, training, BMC, and enablement stakeholders to track priorities, manage operational cadence, improve process discipline, and enable timely execution of alliance initiatives. The role will also contribute to performance improvement, simplification, and automation opportunities, including the responsible use of AI-enabled tools to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, enhance reporting narratives, and strengthen operational consistency across the alliance portfolio.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Operations & PMO Support
- Serve as the central operations and PMO coordination point for regional alliance activities, ensuring priorities, workstreams, owners, timelines, risks, dependencies, and follow-ups are clearly captured and tracked.
