Must Have Skills:

* 3 - 5 years of professional experience in software development.

* Strong skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and improving application
performance.
* Understanding of software engineering best practices, including SOLID
principles, design patterns, and unit testing using any framework like
NUnit/XUnit/Playwright etc.
* Knowledge of security best practices

Good to Have Skills:





* Prior experience in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration
frameworks like Kubernetes.

* Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, App Insights,
Grafana, etc.).
* Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology and JIRA are added advantage
* Hands on experience leveraging AI tools in design & development
* AWS / AZURE intermediate or professional certification

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable code following coding standards.
* Communicate and actively participate in client calls and requirements
gathering and understanding calls
* Guide and mentor junior engineers by reviewing their code, suggesting
improvements, and helping them troubleshoot issues.
* Perform code reviews and enforce best practices in coding
* Technical documentation
* Participate in estimation,sprint planning, and task breakdown.
